John Dulac

John is an Clean Energy Finance Analyst at the OECD, where he is supporting emerging economies in Asia and Latin America to strengthen enabling conditions that attract investments in renewable electricity and energy efficiency.
Previously he worked at the International Energy Agency where he led the energy technology and policy analysis in the buildings sector as well as the IEA’s Collaborative on Combined Heat and Power and efficient District Heating and Cooling (CHP/DHC). He received a BSc in environmental engineering and BA in international relations from Tufts University as well as dual masters degrees in urban planning and international affairs from Columbia University.
